Hunt Country Kitchen

What started as an outdated and small kitchen with 7’ ceilings, no cabinets, no natural light, and no space received a modern facelift. By removing an unused room above, we were able to create a vaulted ceiling to really open up the space. The fireplace was ‘turned around’ to face into the newly expanded kitchen instead of the adjacent stairwell, creating a small sitting area. Custom cabinets, stainless steel and soapstone countertops and reclaimed wood floors add character and interest to this light filled kitchen and sitting room.
